XRick SaenzX might sound like a new kid on the block but he is a seasoned rapper, with one of his first few rap releases dating back to 2021. XRick SaenzX is in fact a very talented rapper who just dropped his new rap, ‘Let Up’.
‘Let Up’ from the get-go is an upbeat, fast-paced, and groovy rap. It starts off a bit trippy, but soon the beats roll in and pull you in like a wave of boppy music. The lyrics aren’t too deep but they’re witty, they at least made me chuckle especially, “Clapping bones on my way to the throne, fingers rocky like Sylvester Stallone”, it is safe to say that XRick SaenzX has his way with words! What I want to appreciate deeply is the fact that XRick SaenzX enunciates each word properly even when he raps fast! Usually, even bigger seasoned rappers falter and land up mumbling in some verses, which fortunately isn’t the case with XRick SaenzX.
The only complaint I have with this track is that it didn’t end with a bang, it should’ve had a grander, more upbeat end, but that is just because I wanted to hear XRick SaenzX rap super fast at the end, but other than that this track was absolutely groovy! Where this track truly shines is XRick SaenzX’s vocals, he has a raspy, coarse voice that sounds really pleasing. Usually, raspy rappers overdo it by trying to sound coarser, but XRick SaenzX modulates his voice really well, I genuinely want to hear more tracks from his discography just to experience his vocals again!
‘Let Up’ is a track that will stick with you because it is catchy, and if you are someone who enjoys raps that stay with you and make you want to bop your head and groove, add ‘Let Up’ to your playlist today!
